As healthcare continues to shift toward outpatient care models, Emory at Dunwoody stands as a forward-looking example of what’s possible when design responds directly to the complexities of care delivery. Every detail was guided by the real-world experiences of those on the front lines, resulting in a space that balances performance, comfort, and adaptability.

The clinical layout was designed with change in mind. Universal room types and modular planning strategies allow departments to scale or shift as service lines evolve, making the space as agile as the care it supports.
