A new chapter in healthcare delivery is taking shape in Milton, Georgia, as Northside Hospital begins construction on its newest facility—a one-story, 5,300-square-foot healthcare center designed by May Architecture to expand access to essential services in North Fulton County.
Developed by Realty Trust Group and Stonemont Financial Group, this project redefines how healthcare can be embedded within a community by offering a more approachable, right-sized scale that places care closer to the people who need it most.
Our design vision balances efficiency, flexibility, and patient comfort, ensuring the facility can adapt to evolving care models while maintaining a welcoming, human-centered environment. Every element from patient flow to caregiver support spaces was intentionally planned to optimize both experience and performance.
This project reflects a broader shift in healthcare architecture: moving away from solely large-scale, centralized facilities toward community-integrated care hubs that improve accessibility and strengthen local connections.
